Well done, Queen Maxima. I like the way she has styled her hair. I think her suit, cape, jewellery and shoes are very nice. Queen Silvia and Sophie look nice. This time I do not like Princess Victoria's outfit. I do like her hair and make-up.

  3. Queen Maxima looks lovely in this day outfit, the dress and coat look good as does her accessories, the blue amethysts earrings, ring and brooch are gorgeous. Queen Silvia looks pretty in this lovely blue dress, the color is sublime. I love the color combination of CP Victorias dress, coat and shoes, its different. I love the suit of the lady walking with the Swedish King, beautiful.

  4. I can imagine that many bloggers will not like Queen Maxima's dress. She recycles an old dress with special sleeves. If you see her on the pictures or among

    1. @18:51 - I quite like that "old" dress on Máxima. She looks soft & feminine, not over-the-top as usual. And her hairdo is beautiful, it really suits her. *Regina

  5. They all look so nice! Q. Maxima is stunning! I really like C.P. Victoria and P. Sofia's dresses! And I think the first picture with K. Willem kissing Q. Silvia's hand is so sweet!

  7. I wish that Maxima would always have her hair up as it looks professional and groomed and, conversely, I wish that Victoria would more often wear her hair down to look less severe. Not crazy about Victoria’s dress this time. Maxima has worn the silver/gray dress before and the shiny fabric and flaring sleeves make her look larger than she really is.

Anon 19:17, I so agree. With this stunning, jaw dropping hairstyle, Maxina can even give Kate a run for her money. Absolutely breathtaking

  8. Both queens look good. CP Viktoria´s dress is way too long and I don't like the green shoes. Sofia's dress is really ugly. Looks like an old-fashioned night gown. Ladyofthemanor

  9. I love everything about Maxima. The colour combo is beautiful and her hair is done splendidly. Victoria looks a bit all over the place, I'm not sure if I like the green and purple together, but both colours do suit her complexion very well. I just would've opted for less fussy earrings or matched them with the different green of the shoes, I think. Sofia's dress looks a tad too summery for the occasion.

  10. I love Maximas's dress also Silvia's. Victoria's is a bit to green, a bit too much, Sofia's is nice, but a little too long, maybe knee length would have been better, this is OMO of course. css

  11. h, well the florals are back with a vengeance. Although it's a summery look, I really like Princess Sofia's dress and shoes, Crown Princess Victoria's dress has lovely colours in it but it's very long and I can't take to the lime green shoes, Queen Silvia's coat is great but not the shiny fabric of her dress, I like Queen Maxima's outfit but again the fabric seems too shiny and looks a totally different colour outdoors. The lady in the first and second photos is presumably a politician but can't think why she would have chosen the bizarre suit she's wearing.

  12. Princess Victoria should change her hair style it makes her look older and boring

  13. I love both of Maxima's outfits. Both of them suit her perfectly and are just the correct amount of class and sophistication for a visiting Queen at these two, daytime functions in a guest country.
I also like the pale orange/grey fringed outfit of the lady walking with the King. She looks great.

  14. Queen Maxima looks wonderful today--everything is beautifully styled. Queen Silvia looks elegant in her suit--such a pretty color. On the fence with CP Victoria's and Princess Sofia's choices. I think I might like Victoria's choice more had she worn another pair of shoes--the lime green color is just too much of a difference with this dress. Sofia's dress doesn't seem to coordinate with Silvia's and Maxima's choices--her dress is too summery and not as elegant as it appears to be a rather simple day dress. I also like Max's trouser suit too.

  15. Everyone looks lovely as usual, however Queen Maxima's gray dress is to shiny and a bit over the top for the day's activities. She does have her done well on this occasion as well as the dinner last evening her hair was lovely. Jane

    1. So Máxima's dress is too shiny but Silvia's is not?

  16. All well dressed esp. Queen Máxima. Adore the colour of her dress. But please can she sometimes get rid of those gloves. Standing inside, no one wears them, except for QM. So old fashioned. Victoria's dress could be knee length. Would be more swinging. While we love the hair up of Máxima imv Victoria would be much nicer with now and then looser hair. Black suit of QM super.

  17. Can I add a comment on the jumpsuit. I love jumpsuits very much. However, it is a good choice of Q. Maxima to wear a jumpsuit to visit an energy company, this one has a bit too many buttons. Apart from that I think it suits her very well.
