On September 5, 2022, King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden visited Lund University and Uppåkra on the occasion of the new excavations going on. The King and Queen visited the Historical Museum at Lund University, which displays several earlier finds from Uppåkra. Afterwards, they visited the Uppåkra archaeological investigation site.
Remains of an iron age building found during the new excavations carried out in Uppåkra, which is located in south of Lund, is interpreted as the possible remains of a temple.
Nice colour, The jacket in a traditional style (German/Austria). The Queen knows her lengths (hair, jacket, trousers).
ReplyDeleteI agree, it is the best I have seen her look. I think she looks better in this softer color rather than very bright tones, and her hair is a lovely casual length.

ReplyDeleteAs usual, they make a very handsome couple and seem to be happy in each other's company. The choice of their outfits is always spot on and I think carefully planned between the two. .
