On July 13, 2022, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall attended Notting Hill Carnival, which has not taken place since 2019 due to the pandemic, at The Tabernacle in London. In 1966, the first outdoor festival took place in Notting Hill after Rhaune Laslett, a local resident and social worker, organized the celebration for local children. Today, it is Europe’s biggest street event.

  1. Très rafraîchissante cette robe fleurie dont les lignes très fluides apportent une jolie silhouette à Camilla ; peut-être que quelques centimètres en moins auraient mieux convenu !

Not often we see the Duchess move away from her regular style of day dress. Think the dress demonstrates why it’s not a great idea 🤔 Nice pattern but it looks shapeless and is too long. Love her but can’t love this dress. AnnieM

The dress is too long Camilla. For a woman of 75 (I know I cannot say this) these kind of dresses look more like a night gown than a dress. (I can say it I'm 75 myself this year). These dresses don't suit me either. Beautiful color though.

I think it’s an excellent dress for this occasion - flattering colours and a nice flowing shape. (V.M.)

  9. Gorgeous color on Camilla and there is something about this dress that is much more flattering to her than her usual style. I'd just raise the hem to mid-calf length.

Too long, looks like a night gown on her. Charles, why are you wearing brand new shoes with heels on them, feeling a bit short these days? It's natural, you shrink as you get older, I should know, I've lost an inch.

They didn't attend Notting Hill Carnival which doesn't take place until the end of August.

  13. The color is pretty. I am not a fan of the flounces in the skirt or the length of the dress, but the Duchess looks lovely. Its very appropriate for this occasion.

The dress of camilla, too long, looks like a bathrobe or night gown. I understand she is trying to gear up her outfits but this one is a fail for me, even though the color is nice.
