You said it, 11:16. And masks, gloves, etc, in Japan's heat & humidity (I've been there) - it's brutal. *Regina

  2. Pas de changement notable pour cette visite du sanctuaire ; ces tenues sont toujours dans le même style de la tête aux pieds jusque dans l'éventail; petite touche rafraîchissante de couleur vert-menthe pour la princesse héritière Kiko !

The Empress is very elegant and quite lovely but I do wish she was wearing a different style of hat. CP Kiko looks fabulous.

  5. The fashion is predictable but it's always a pleasure to see such exquisite tailoring and magnificent fabrics.

Like others, I’d love to see the Empress experiment a bit with different hat shapes. Otherwise both ladies look very nice. (V.M.)

So very boring, the same style in every event. They have to behave so strongly within this traditional protocol. As if Japan did not enter the 21st century.

  9. The Empress looks very traditional and elegant. CP Kiko looks lovely in this mint color gown (I think its that shade) elegant and formal.

In this case, it’s not about fashion, but about tradition.
