On June 4, 2022, The Earl and Countess of Wessex attended the Platinum Jubilee celebrations of Queen Elizabeth, in Belfast. The Earl and Countess then visited Bangor in Northern Ireland as part of the royal family's tour for Queen Elizabeth II's platinum jubilee celebrations. The Platinum Jubilee of Elizabeth II is being celebrated from June 2 to June 5, in the UK and Commonwealth to mark the 70th anniversary of the accession of Queen Elizabeth II on 6 February 1952.

ردحذفBest thing about this look is Sophie's hair. It looks fabulous. The curls add a youthful look to her countenance and even makes a fairly simple and ordinary dress look a little more special. Well done!

@Anon 9:13 I agree about the hair. The soft curls make her look younger. A pity the dress is not that good. Too dark and the cut is not good for Sophie or for any woman who is not very thin and very young. If I remember correctly she has other dresses of that same brand and they where not very lovely either.

ردحذفSophie and Edward looked terrific and seemed to have had a great time. Sophie hair is very pretty and, I agree, she looks younger. I like her summery dress. Their smiling faces are a joy to see. I think Edward is growing into his newly elevated position within the family. Well done. (Debra)

ردحذفReally enjoyed seeing Sophie with soft curls, it made a huge difference in making her look younger. The dress was soft, beautiful, fit well, and was just lovey! The bag matched the dress, too bad we didn't see the length of the garment, or shoes.
