On May 18, Queen Máxima visited Delft University of Technology in Delft together with the European Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth Mariya Gabriel. The visit focused on science and innovation. Delft University of Technology is also known as TU Delft, and is the oldest and largest Dutch public technical university.
The visit began with a tour of the labs of the Bionanotechnology Department of the Faculty of Applied Sciences. Afterwards, the Queen visited The Green Village which is a testing ground on the TU Delft campus. In this testing ground, innovations relating to, among other things, making a built environment more sustainable are tested.

ردحذفA simple white dress for a warm day - looks good. I like the deeper V neckline and the corresponding slit at the bottom. Both tie in nicely together without being too suggestive.

I must say that Queen Maxima's jewelry of late has been rather subdued. As for the dress, I think it is pretty enough but, in my opinion, it is a bit revealing, especially for a daytime event. But, I do like the shoes, handbag and belt.

Let's see, I'm going to the public technical university, so I'll wear a dress with an extremely low neckline, and thigh high slit, plus messy hair. :(

I am loving most of what I am seeing Queen Maxima wearing lately. She seems to be choosing less of the flourish and flash she wore for years in favor of a polished and simpler style. I really this dress and I like how she has styled it. She looks marvellous!

ردحذفl am ok with the neckline and the slit. However, it looks messy because the fabric wrinkles easily in the car and while sitting at the meetings. It is also thin enough to show the underware lines, as it looks like QM is wearing a body. That really spoils the look for me, though I like the dress and the way it is styled.
