On April 1, 2022, Queen Maxima of the Netherlands attended the broadcast "Start with Fernando" hosted by Fernando Halman on the radio station NPO FunX in Rotterdam on the occasion of the Global Money Week. Queen Maxima talked with two MBO students and a budget coach about money matters. The Money Week aims to inspire young people to learn more about money matters, livelihoods and entrepreneurship. Queen Maxima is the honorary president of The Money Wise Platform.

    Maxima a l'air d'adorer ce haut de Natan aux jolis motifs dont nous retrouvons des couleurs dans la jupe ainsi que dans ses magnifiques bottes que je vois Bordeaux - Ses clous d'oreilles apportent une petite touche délicate !

    This multi colour blouse goes very well with the green (leather look) skirt; QM was appropriately dressed for this visit and looked good.

    The outfit was odd, and she is back to the bad hair days. I am not a fan of 'pleather' looking clothing, especially in the strange color. The top was ok, could have been paired much better with dark pants or skirt and still looked stylish.

      We might have different interpretations of elegant, mine is rather : "pleasant and graceful in appearance or style". To today's outfit and hairstyling drop in that category IMV, even if not in line with more traditional criteria.
      Giving an impression of feeling confortable according to te event, is a form of elegance.

    This green leather skirt, works in well with the blouse. She looks appropriately dressed for this event.

      The skirt is not real leather. If I remember correctly It is made of cactus leafs. Maxima is aware of the changes in nature such as the climate, she is against the killing of animals for the leather, etc... She tries to do something for saving the environment.
