The Senate of Spain announces the 13th edition of the "Luis Carandell" Awards for parliamentary journalism, both audiovisual, graphic and written.
Luis Carandell (1929-2002) was a Spanish journalist and writer. The Awards aim to maintain the tradition of this journalistic genre and at the same time honor the memory of one of the best parliamentary chroniclers of the 20th century.
Beautiful burgundy dress QL's wearing combined with gorgeous shoes and bag, which suits her well. QL usually wears jewelry to a minimum, but a nice brooch or long necklace would have been a nice touch to this great outfit imo
