  1. Yes, she is a lovely woman with a warm smile and a sweet family. But it was a special occasion for the others, so Stephanie, no can do. Absolutely horrible, and downright offensive to others; says clearly you couldn't be bothered. - Ellie

    1. All she needs is a basket full of vegetables, that would make her "I just did my weekly shopping at the market" look perfect.

Yes, she doesn't have to be a fashionista, but there is a whole world between a fashionista and a downright unprofessional look.

Princess Anne clearly isn't into fashion very much, she wears 20 or 30 years old outfits. But she always looks neat and put together and that is all what it takes.

If she turned up at a trade fair representing her employer with such an outfit, she would be in much trouble afterwards. And the royal job is all about marketing/PR, not being the little archive mouse who spends all day between dusty files.

    2. I thought Black Friday (26 Nov.) was a day for picking up super bargains at smart department stores. Nice clothes/fashions etc at knock down prices.
I'm beginning to think that I've got it wrong.
With Princess Caroline's and Princess Stephanie's terrible outfits, I think it must be a day for visiting your local charity shop to rummage through the throw outs of other people.
If this is the case, I hope there are no charity shops around where Maxima lives.

    3. Stephanie is not a royal model where fashion comes first.
We do not know why she goes in loose-fitting blouses and the same black pants over and over again.
Maybe she's in IVF treatment, they had to wait a long time for little Charles.
Sad at least that she is always being criticized.
Remember 'Fergie' was the same and always compared to fashion icon Diana.
      And Marie with Mary.

  2. De toutes ces dames, chacune a son propre style vestimentaire comme Stéphanie vraiment vêtue sobrement ; un bijou m'aurait quand même bien plu comme par exemple des boucles d'oreilles !

  3. Sorry, forgot to conform with the rules and say something, fashion wise, in my earlier posting.
Looks to me as if the zip on her coat works well.

    1. Excellent choice for something that has to do with fashion and works well. I couldn’t find anything to fit those criteria, but now that you mentioned… yes, I would assume the zipper on her jacket works well!

  4. You are being verbally abusive just because you are allowed to be.

  5. Please be kind. There is absolutely nothing wrong with her clothes, and the people she met seem to be happy about her visit and appearance.

  6. Always lovely to see her, and the other women seem pleased with her visit.
What she maybe lacks in interest for fashion, she fully compensates with her pleasant personality, so it looks.

  7. This is a tricky one - I like Stephanie a lot and she can look really lovely. This is a fashion blog and I think it is fair to say that the clothes she is wearing today are nothing special. However, she doesn't look any worse than anyone else in the group photographs. I think my main quibble is with her hairstyle. It really does look like she just jumped out of bed and stuck it in a pony tail and it isn't very flattering. If she had spend a little more time on her hair, it would have done a lot to elevate her look.

  8. I love Stephanie, but I have to say that this is a terrible outfit and she should try harder. Whether we like it or not, dressing professionally is part of any job, and she has more resources than most of the people who meet her. The blouse is ill-fitting and wrinkled, the jacket/sweater is inelegantly hanging from her shoulders in disarray, her coat is too casual for the occasion. A little bit of care--a sweater instead of that blouse, a dressier coat, a bit of jewelry--would have looked better without requiring a much greater effort. This is badly done, especially when she comes across as so thoughtful and lovely.

  9. This isn’t her best look - far too casual in relation to the others in attendance. (V.M.)

  10. A royal visit is something special and the Royal, whoever it is, needs to dress like they are happy to be there.
