At noon, King Felipe and Queen Letizia departed from Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport in Madrid to travel to Sweden. King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia are making a state visit to Sweden on 24–25 November 2021 at the invitation of King Carl Gustaf. The aim of the state visit is to further strengthen and promote the relations between Sweden and Spain. The visit also aims to stimulate cooperation in the green recovery from the pandemic, with a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions.
In the afternoon, King Felipe and Queen Letizia arrived in Stockholm, and met with the Spanish community residing in Sweden at the Spanish Embassy in Stockholm.

The queen's coat is gorgeous. I'm not sure about the pants and boots. Surely a state banquet will be held with all the sparkle and glitz that we love. I can hardly wait.

Beautiful coat in a warm red colour. Also the model suits QL very well. But why not wearing the trousers of Hugo Boss underneath it. Sorry but the culotte looks very odd to me

Letizia looks lovely. Love the straightness of her hair & the colour of her coat. Not sure of the pants though think a longer length would be more appropriate with the coat & what looks like very cold weather in Sweden .overall class &, elegance from Letizia. Mary

Once again I'm in a minority but I love the cropped trousers with the boots. It's very trendy and comfortable looking.
