On Friday 3 September, Dutch Queen Maxima opened the MBO year 2021-2022 in Houten. During the opening, the Queen gave a speech. MBO (Middelbaar Beroepsonderwijs) is the abbreviation for secondary vocational education and training in the Netherlands. Yuverta in Houten hosted the opening this year on behalf of all MBO schools. There are 63 MBO schools in the Netherlands, which educate a total of more than 500,000 students.

ردحذفWhat´s with the cardigan??? It doesn´t make any sense, neither in terms of colour, or style or function. The earrings, although nice in design, are too large. Her hair is the usual mess. But: I really like the skirt, the blouse, the shoes, the overall silhouette. It is a flattering outfit, and (apart from the hair) a neat and polished look.
ردحذفThose earrings! Only Maxima can pull them off. Overall a great look, except for the white vest. It adds nothing, I don't understand what she likes about it, wrapped around the shoulder. But the rest of the outfit: very nice.

حذفI know that I keep on repeating myself, but it's so good to have her back.
My immediate impressions are almost identical to others above so I'll post them separately. The cardigan makes a sleek outfit look messy. Don't like how strained and stretched it is when buttoned at the top. It's not needed and it makes the rear style detail of the blouse - which would have looked fine without the cardigan - look like an untucked shirt tail at the back.
ردحذفThe earrings look better on Maxima than on the model. I think having longer hair makes them less obvious even though I still don't care much for them.
Happy to see Maxima in action again.

I like it. She adds a Maxima touch with the earrings. It's stylish and sophisticated. Not everything has to be a bright color and giant hat (which I love on her, but I like variety too).
ردحذفJust an appropriate ensamble only to be spoiled by a too small cardigan. The earrings look better on her than in the model, but they are just ugly, yes, even Prada can design unattractive pieces.
