Princess Martha Louise turned 50 today. The Princess was born on September 22, 1971 in Oslo and is the only daughter of King Harald and Queen Sonja. On the occasion of the birthday, the Royal Court released new photos of the Princess. The Princess also participated in her Foundation's working meeting. The allocation of grants takes place each year on 22 September, which is Princess Martha Louise’s birthday. The return on the fund’s investments is used to provide assistance to children with disabilities under the age of 16 in Norway.

حذفThe pink Valentino dress she have borrowed from her sister in law Mette-Marit (first used in 2012)and the Moonstone and Diamond Demi-Parure was her confirmation gift from her parents. First worn in 1987. So I guess you could say the taste of cloths and jewels runs in the family ;) Anne.

How lovely and happy the princess looks! I know the past couple of years have been very difficult for her but she looks very happy in these photos--her smile in also in her eyes. Hope she has had the happiest of birthdays!
