On July 22,2021, King Harald, Queen Sonja, Crown Prince Haakon, Crown Princess Mette-Marit, Princess Ingrid Alexandra and Prince Sverre Magnus of Norway attended the national memorial ceremony held at Oslo Spektrum. Norway is commemorating 10 years since the terrorist attacks that killed 77 people at the Government Office Complex in Oslo and on the island of Utøya.

Such a sad commemoration! Everyone looks appropriately good. CP MM is still into her floral frocks but since its summertime it is a nice choice of dress but wish she had selected a solid dark dress for this event. The 3 gentlemen look quite dashing yet somber. Queen Sonja is most elegant--and white is also a color for mourning as well as dark colors. Princess Ingrid Alexandra is stunning--she is beautiful and elegant, just like her grandmother.
ردحذفI am usually not a big fan of Erdem, but I love this dress on CP Mette-Marit. Length is perfect and she looks lovely with such a good looking family.

Ingrid Alexandra looks almost exactly like her grandmother did when she was a young woman. The stunning eyes, the mouth, the hair are 100% Sonja. In my opinion that's also why she isn't as tall as her parents, she has got her grandmother's looks.
حذفWhich is fantastic. Grandma still looks fabulous in her 80s and Ingrid Alexandra is a great beauty. I don't think you have to be tall in order to be a great beauty.
Sofia of Spain is a beautiful tall girl, Ingrid Alexandra is a beautiful smaller girl (though probably around 1,70m, so not super small).

ردحذفWe should not forget that Crown Princess Mette-Marit has lost her brother at the terror attack on Utoya. For her it is not only a national commemoration but a personal affair.
ردحذفEverybody looks quite good. Seeing pictures of Pr Ingrid Alexandra is a real pleasure! Sverre Magnus is now taller and looks quite good; I think that more modern hair styling and more fashionable glasses would still be a plus for him.
ردحذفJanet 23:49, I think there is nothing wrong with flowers in MM's dress. There is always a hope in sadness and I believe that she has mourned enough because her step brother was killed too. But like you said everybody is looking good and Ingrid really is a beautiful and elegant girl. I just love norwegian royal family, they are so down to earth, nothing fake there.

ردحذفSince no one is mention it Ingrid is reusing her mothers dress from 2007 (state visit from Brazil in september). She also reused MM Chloè blouse from 2007 at the event on Utøya . - Heidi
