Danish Queen Margrethe's visit to the Faroe Islands, 4th day

Queen visited the spinning mill Snældan, which is the only spinning mill in the Faroe Islands

On July 18, Queen Margrethe began the day in the village of Nes-Toftir, and there, she attended a Sunday service at Frederik´s church. Upon arrival at the church, the Queen was welcomed by Bishop Jógvan Fríðriksson. After the service, the Queen visited the House of Commons in the village of Toftir, which is a meeting place for the elderly men in the village. Thereafter, the Queen visited the village of Strendur. There, the Queen visited the spinning mill Snældan, which is the only spinning mill in the Faroe Islands.
