French President Emmanuel Macron hosted the opening ceremony for the Generation Equality Forum which is held at Carrousel du Louvre in Paris. Crown Princess Mary of Denmark took part in the forum as Honorary Advocate for 'Leaders for Generation Equality'. The minister for development cooperation also took part in the meeting in which gender equality is the main topic.
The forum held in Paris brings together heads of state and government leaders, ministers, international organizations, civil society groups, young people and businesses from around the world to jointly carry out tangible, ambitious and sustainable initiatives aiming to achieve gender equality.
Crown Princess Mary attended the meeting with UN Women Executive Director Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka and UN Women Deputy Executive Director Anita Bhatia. The meeting took place in Paris ahead of the opening of the Generation Equality Forum, which the Crown Princess will attend later today.
What an interesting use of printed fabric. I like this a lot. The style is simple, but not boring. Perfect for the occasion. (V.M.)

What a truly lovely dress; so interesting to look at, so well designed and cut and perfectly tailored for a figure like Mary's, who does it the justice it deserves.
ردحذفI also much prefer that Mary's version has lost the little bit of the lower embellishment below the waist and 2 of the buttons or studs. Looks so much better this way. Well done.

Cute dress, but am not a fan of black for daytime wear, especially in the summer months. Blue suit looks nice, but don't care for a t-shirt as a top worn with a tailored (business) suit. S.M.

Something about this dress gives me a headache, especially the pleated skirt

At least Mary's dress does not have the flap and extra button at the waist.
Also, I find larger polka dot's more pleasing and prefer a softer colour, navy blue.
Feet look painful, as always. I like the blue suit, and her always impeccable hair and makeup.
The dress looks nice. Sadly the UN has gone past it's used by date; this is a new world. What equality are we looking for now? spinning the same old. There are more cosmopolitan attitudes ;I work with such a diverse group of people, and belong to so many support groups; every bodies story matters. Matilda
