On Tuesday, April 20, Crown Princess Victoria sent a video greeting on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Institut Tessin in Paris (Svenska institutet i Paris). The Institut Tessin, also known as the Centre Culturel Suédois, is a museum in Paris dedicated to the history of Franco-Swedish artistic exchanges. It is operated by the Swedish Institute and is the only Swedish culture center located outside of Sweden.

Victoria is stunning! Although her hair is pulled back, it has been straightened. I love the center part. Light makeup evens out her skin tone, adds a wash of color to her cheeks and lips, and makes her eyes pop. Her face is radiant. She looks fabulous in white. I love the fit of her blazer. Single breasted and close fitting is so much more flattering on her than the double-breasted, boxy jackets that she seems to favor. She has worn an open necked blouse, again, that is so much more flattering. The overall effect is more polished and youthful. ~d

ردحذفSharp outfit, a hint of red lip, and a well-delivered speech.
The outfit is so crisp and fresh, I really like the V-neck of the blouse and the feminine cut of the blazer.
The red lipstick feels almost like a revolutionary act for her. But I like it, she should do this more often.
As for the speech - I think the best I have ever heard from her. Her usually super-slow speeches with exaggerated intonation are often cringeworthy as if she was talking to idiots, but this one was totally natural and really well delivered. Great to see.

ردحذفThe jacket has a lovely cut, makes her very slender. The combination with the shirt emphasis it. Her make up makes her face softer and very young ( and happy!).
