The Duchess of Cambridge spoke with record-breaking rower Jasmine Harrison to mark International Women’s Day. Jasmine Harrison completed the record-breaking 3,000-mile row on 20th February aged 21, representing team RudderlyMad to raise money for ShelterBox and the Blue Marine Foundation. The journey took her 70 days, three hours, and 48 minutes.
On the call the pair discussed how celebrating and elevating awareness of this achievement can work to challenge perceptions around what women are capable of, in addition to providing the motivation to pursue ambitious goals. The Duchess of Cambridge wore a new tie-neck blouse from Boden.

Always good to see the Duchess but not altogether sure about this blouse--the style seems old fashioned in this colour and material, whereas it looked anything but old fashioned in the gorgeous purple Gucci blouse she has worn several times before. The colour is great on her with her dark colouring but it's the combo of colour style and fabric that's not quite right for me.

I like this blouse very much! Lately, Kate has been dressed exactly to my liking. - jackets, costumes, blouses, pullovers. I really appreciate that this is an affordable fashion for women. Some of her pieces also inspired me to buy - most recently her beautiful coat, which she wore on Remembrance Day.
