On October 1, 2020, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden visited the Maxim Theater in Stockholm, Sweden. The Maxim Theatre (Maximteatern), has been a popular private theatre at Karlaplan in central Stockholm since the 1960s. The Maxim Theater is one of the many local businesses struggling because of the restrictions on gatherings of over 50 people due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I like the rich, dark, warm colors here, and the proportions! The dress hits the leg at just the right place to balance the cropped jacket, and its ruffle and lightweight fabric keep it from hanging too heavily. Victoria looks superb, imo.

ردحذفDon't they just carry themselves differently knowing how good they look? We are seeing a genuine Daniel smile, with teeth! He is out of his go-to blue double-breasted and looks smashing in grey. Victoria, well, I could hug her. The dress does not have too much volume, is not too long, has a nice print, fits her beautifully, has the simplicity of two colors--colors that are very flattering on her, and she has accessorized perfectly. Superb!

ردحذفI agree and have thought that for years. His ties are fine, but his knots are really really poor. You´d think that tying a neat knot is part of royal men´s 101, but clearly not for Daniel. His father in law, the king, is such a well-dressed man and his ties are always tied impeccably, so I don´t understand why he never taught Daniel to do it properly.

Like the colours, style and length of the dress as well as the wee jacket. However, would much prefer the dress if the contrasting frill either didn’t exist at all or matched the rest of the dress.

ردحذفHorrible dress! Should have ended when the dust ruffle starts at the bottom. And the pattern manage to make the slim princess look fat over the hips..
ردحذف"Fat" is a very poor choice of words. You are making a judgement based on one picture of Victoria walking and the dress is in movement.
حذفI am not a fan of the dress, but CP Victoria looks fabulous, I love the colour of her accessories and cardigan, blends in beautifully.
