On September 12, 2020, The Duchess of Sussex celebrated the first anniversary of the release of her workwear capsule collection, the Smart Set. The Smart Set is a workwear clothing collection created for the benefit of the charity Smart Works. On the occasion of the anniversary, the Duchess took part in a video call with clients of the charity Smart Works.

During the video call, she spoke with three women about their experiences with the women’s employment charity and how it changed their lives. The Duchess wore Altuzarra 'Acacia' white blazer which she had worn while visiting Macarthur Girls School in Sydney.

It is so nice to see the follow-up a year later. These ladies all look so enthused and all seem to have taken away so many positives from their experiences from the mentoring they received from SmartWorks. Outstanding work being done for very deserving women!

Why Altuzarra and not the blazer (or some other item) from the capsule collection? Cannot help but feel that she is trying to milk this cow (i.e. the collection) too hard. Is she going to celebrate the anniversary of every event she attended before the departure from the Firm?

حذفVideo conference photos never do justice to any person. However, in this case, the setting makes the viewing pleasing and helps show the Duchess at her best.

I found some time to view the video and I was quite impressed with how it was managed by Duchess Meghan. No doubt her experience in the film world helps her a lot.
Please continue with "Smart Set" and the good work this charity and you are doing.
These women need people like you to give them a boost at a difficult period in their lives.
