The Mary Foundation's new campaign clip has been released. The Mary Foundation's new campaign "Få øje på ensomhed" focuses on loneliness among young people. More and more people are feeling lonely, and the latest figures in an analysis by the Mary Foundation show that 12% of Denmark's young people aged 16-24 are seriously lonely. The purpose of the campaign is to break the taboo of loneliness and encourage young people to reach out to one another.
In this film, Crown Princess Mary tells why it’s so important that we should do everything we can to overcome loneliness. The campaign videos will run on the social media for young people and offer advice regarding what people can do in general to be more aware of their surroundings. The campaign videos were made by The Mary Foundation and Mayday Film. The campaign started yesterday and will continue in the next few weeks.

DeletePrincess Mary took on a foreign language as an adult student. She seems to have got there even though it may not 100% perfect.
DeleteAnd of course, naturally, she has an accent.
She is in the less than 10% category of students who make it to a fluent stage.
I am in the 90% group who didn't get there. Fourty years later and still as an adult student and living in my adopted country I have not reached the perfection stage. However, people laught at my sometimes amusing mistakes and tell my that my accent is "cute".
Bravo Princess Mary. I'm jealous.

ReplyDeleteI like Mary;but I think she is struggling with her own issues.Rich does not mean happy.I wrote to her once;(as I had done to various u.k royals,initially about Meghan and Harry's struggles,and received acknowledgement from them)only to receive a message from the courtiers;thank you for wishing her a happy birthday,well I hadn't wished her a happy birthday;not that I wouldn't. I think she is surrounded by the courtiers and they control all things;like a bird in a cage.
