King Felipe and Queen Letizia visited the monastery of San Martiño Pinario on the occasion of Saint James' Day. There, the King and Queen attended the traditional ceremony to pay tribute to the memory of the Apostle Santiago or St James. This year, the traditional religious ceremony took place at the monastery of San Martiño Pinario due to the current renovation of the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela.

Many people in Spain celebrate the life and deeds of James, son of Zebedee, on Saint James' Day (Santiago Apostol), which is on July 25. Saint James' Day is a public holiday in the autonomous communities of the Basque Country and Galicia. July 25th is also Galicia Day, which is fitting as St. James is the patron saint of Galicia as well as Spain. 2. Ravissante Letizia dans cette robe-chemisier imprimée très estivale ; avec les escarpins en cuir verni Nude, elle a beaucoup d'allure. J'aime beaucoup la pochette de couleur bronze ; très chic !

  3. Queen Letizia is beautiful, as always. I love her dress; the green fronds on the cream background is very summery and looks cool. Her shoes match perfectly. Her long hair is styled in a natural way, and I like that she does not cover up the few gray hairs.

I like the print and cut of this dress. I’m not a fan of the fabric belt. I would prefer to see the dress worn with a leather belt. Her make- up, hair and accessories are all on point.

  5. Very nice dress!! IMV much better than Catherine's recent dress, more modern, more attractive etc although I have sympathy for vintage trends.

It is so exemplary that the royal couple always go out into the public with nose mouth protection. Just now, when the second wave threatens to roll in, an example of backbone and discipline. Frieda

There is a law in Spain, you have to cover nose and mouth. If you ignore the law you have to pay 100 Euro.

Lovely, simple, elegant as ever. Together with Kate the most well dressed royal in Europe. I wonder if royals sometimes borrow clothes from designers. Like Letizia has a lot of clothes from Spanish brands and designers. If not they need a castle to store all their clothes.
