Queen Margrethe and Princess Benedikte presented Queen Ingrid's Honorary Grant 2020

On June 14, Queen Margrethe and Princess Benedikte attended the event "A Musical Afternoon" and presented Queen Ingrid's Honorary Grant 2020 to its recipients, in Fredensborg Castle Garden at Fredensborg Castle. Queen Ingrid's Honorary Grant (Dronning Ingrids Hæderslegat) is awarded every two years to two young artists from the fields of dance and music.

The award was established in 2005 by The Public Utility Society for Queen Ingrid's Memorial. The grants are awarded to provide financial support for young artists' further studies. This year, the grants were awarded to opera singer Nicolai Elsberg and ballet dancer Tobias Praetorius.

  1. Quel plaisir de les voir toutes les deux pimpantes dans une couleur rose dont la princesse Benedikte qui porte une robe imprimée à fleurs blanches ; ses chaussures à talons gris foncé sont très chics !

  2. again all of a sudden cannot enlarge pictures anymore. At start of new site that was the same. Then it was possible again and now not anymore

    1. I find the skirt on the Queen's dress a little too short (for my liking). A couple of more inches on the length would give it a more balanced look. Princess Benedikte seems to have the length just right.
      Nice to see the bright gay colours and flowers on their dresses which go well with their short, festive summer.
