  3. Princess Caroline looks business-like but chic. Her jacket is perfect with her baby blue blouse and navy blue pants. Her earrings add a pop of color and highlights her pretty smile.

  4. Like the jacket and the trousers but not so keen on the blouse. Always happy to see Princes Caroline

  5. Nice Outfit, as far as colour and texture, also Pss Caroline looks good with her casual hairstyle and glasses. My only beef is the cropped Jackett, I like the texture and colours of the fabric, but I find it a bit too short, and the half length sleeves with the puffy sleeves of the blouse sticking out...I don't know, looks a little odd to me.

I think she is growing older in a beautifull way!
    Very decent lady.

    2. We were too absorbed by the outfit... had not yet looked at the hairstyle... I hope she will not hire Maxima's hairdresser...

    3. @Mary; Maxima has a hairdresser...?

    4. @Coralie, occasionally she has, yes. She could make an apptmnt with him more often, definitely yes.

I especially like the jacket. And she has a nice smile and looks happy to be there.

Like Janine above wrote, the jacket's texture and colors are quite made for Caroline and they go well with the deep blue pants. The shortness of the jacket lets her legs seem to be endless and slim.
It's quite a shame the blouse destroys this altogether slim look.
Her hairstyle is great, she looks adventurous and enterprising.

    1. Ok Katrin, in the future we will only write about Maxima's hairstyle "adventurous and enterprising", which I think they both are by the way.

Very nice look for the Pss today.

  12. I think the puffy sleeves of the top look strange sticking out from the jacket sleeves. I like all the pieces individually, though. If the blouse had slimmer sleeves with this particular jacket, it would have suited my taste better.

I love the colours here, but would have chosen a slim fitting pullover in place of the blouse. The sleeves do seem a bit distracting. (V.M.)

  14. Love this outfit — style, color combination, proportions. An interesting choice of pieces that you wouldn’t necessarily expect to see together, but imo they work. The cut of the trousers is wonderful — highlights Caroline’s slender future without veering into the skin-tightness that Is currently “in” but can be so unattractive (I appreciate that Caroline has never gone that route).

The blouse is very distracting, it is the first thing you see instead of the entire outfit!

I think time has been just fine. She has smoked, tanned, enjoyed various outdoor sports like skiing and riding, suffered a more than share of difficult times. Her face shows a life lived to the full - and a woman who has the confidence to show the world that she has done so, rather than going down the fillers and Botox and scalpel route. I think she looks good and the age she is.

  19. What a fantastic outfit! She’s definitely coloring outside the lines and that is what makes this outfit so great. She was able to look avant-garde in three classic pieces. Good job!

  21. from the time I was a teen till now, I di make sure I have news on Princess Caroline. am a bit older by around 2yrs but she has always been the best fashion icon, I believe . from her Sorbonne years to Junot era , she keeps pulling through it all perfectly.I wish I can see her in person, hopefully. she's a woman's woman..... indeed a modern princess and a figure of strength !!!

My comments must h ave gotten lost the first time around. :( The entire outfit is a mix-mash of things thrown together in haste, rather than a well planned out outfit. I do that myself on rate occasion, throw things together, but then I am not stepping out onto the world stage, nor am I of royal heritage, though I always brush my hair.... JT

I am very impressed with Princess Caroline of Monaco's leadership to preserve corals by leading study of relations between coral and warming ocean water.

She isn't a recluse - she still carries out her engagements and follows her interests. She gets less publicity and she is no longer the "First Lady" - not her role anymore.

We are not used anymore to glamorous women in the public eye not touched by plastic surgery..... Caroline is 63 years old and she looks just like that: a very elegant woman in her early sixties.

She looks gorgeous. Her colours are very business professional chic. Love the blouse. And she adds the "playful" earings to finish it all off. An absolute winner your Highness.
