  1. It's always the same face on all pictures. Without any emotion. Comme on Charlène... You can do better.

  2. Even more botox? Her face looks terrible!

  3. Better facial expressions! at least not looking sad, we will take that.
I like the necklace, it neutralises the dark outfit

  4. Very nice color, really suits her and she is smiling!
    Pretty princess

    1. "...and she is smiling!"

She is? I don't see it.

But yes, I like the eggplant color very much. It's regal and "Christmas-sy" without being bright red.

  5. She does not look like Charlene Wittstock anymore... Couple of years and she will look like Jocelyn Wildenstein...

  6. Strange appearance to me. I don't like her make up, particularly not the lip stick.

  7. Sehr gekonntes Outfit, klassisch, sophisticated. Das Gesicht passt zwar nicht dazu, aber das wird schon wieder...

  8. Nice color and I like the matching coat and dress; would prefer a slightly shorter length and perhaps a lovely brooch rather than the odd-looking necklace — but overall this is a nice, appropriate outfit. Re makeup, I always prefer Charlene with a lighter, more natural shade of lipstick than this. And while for a long time I didn’t buy the theory that she has had something done to her face that makes it impossible for her to smile broadly, showing her teeth, I’m starting to be a believer. Such a shame; she is beautiful and still young, and does not need “help”.

    1. Is there any video of her speaking and or making a speech recently? Does it appear that she's having trouble with her facial muscles? I know to certain extent medical matters are none of our business regardless of the person but in this case, it's becoming more and more obvious that something is wrong either physically, emotionally, or both.

    2. Agree with you, Europa. I don't know of a recent video, but this older one offers a delightful look at Charlene as she was not so long ago:

Clearly she has qualities that could -- and perhaps do? -- make the people of Monaco very proud. It is easy to see why Prince Albert chose her as his consort.

    3. I just had a look at the video mentioned by Jane Chantal; very nice and emotional video. I wish we see often Charlene as appearing in the video. Of course most of it is about the early days together, and her natural beauty.

  15. Beautiful colour and style, like her longer hair, the lipstick goes with the dress but it's a bit dark for my personal taste.

  16. It’s a stunning outfit, so simple and lovely on her. The facial fillers are now extremely noticeable though, and the effect is mask-like. I sure hope she stops. (V.M.)

    1. Yeah, you're right.
I don't like the necklace, a heavy cotton shawl (the shade of her great lipstick) would have been brilliant.Dress-coat-boot-ensemble is fantastic.

Regarding her face: Where do women stand today? We gratefully have the possibility to delay time for 3-5 years, but if we try to vanish into our teenage-time, we call the world:"Look at me, I'm still too young to be taken seriously!"

  21. I'm sorry, I'm quitting this blog. It is attrocious how people, who do not know the princess at all, feel entitled to make the most horrid personal comments. And the editors allow it time and again. So, no thanks. I can get the same info somewhere else.

  22. having had a ridiculously hectic week, I've not even been on my favourite blog so catching up now. Anon 10:29, you may well have left by now, but I cannot see the horrid personal comments you speak of in anything written above. If you are talking of the debate on whether Charlene has had facial procedures, either by choice or through necessity, I think the speculation is understandable when this beautiful young lady appears at event after event without smiling properly even at old people or children. It was the same, for example, when Grand Duchess Maria Theresa was photographed sitting down at a function, raising questions from those who were not aware that she had had a knee op and there are loads more similar examples. I think Charlene looks great here but the very dark lipstick does her no favours.
