| On November 29, Friday, Queen Maxima attended CNV Vakmensen's 125th anniversary conference in Nieuwegein. CNV Vakmensen is a trade union and celebrates its 125th anniversary this year. CNV Vakmensen, literally "CNV Professionals", is part of the National Federation of Christian Trade Unions (CNV) in the Netherlands. CNV has more than 320,000 members and is completely independent from government agencies or political groups. The Queen wore a dress by Claes Iversen. |
Queen Maxima looks good here, I like the hair and pillbox hat and toned down makeup . We have seen this dress/ coat? before. My only beef is the big huge belt, it cut's the outfit almost in two.

The Lady behind Maxima looks nice, the Lady with the dark pantyhose not so much, dress drab and tight.
Max wore it on a state visit to the UK I think.

حذفThe color and texture of this dress is great, the style is good, and the length is perfect. What I do not care for is this super wide belt. It sits just below the bosom and is not flattering at all, especially when she is sitting. I do like the hat, and her hair is nicely styled. Most remarkable is her very modest earrings. As always, her smile is beautiful.

Another Claes Iversen outfit with some style details similar to yesterdays. However this time, I love the structured/tube collar, the pretty monotone colour, and the texture variation in the fabric in-between the two frayed edges gives the outfit a playful optical illusion, like a page being torn across. Very clever.

ردحذفLovely color! While similar to the dress from the other day, a much more successful look due to it all being one shade. The different trimmings and texture add interest without being distracting. Hair and make-up look great. As usual Maxima's smile and joy enhance any look.

ردحذفI do not care for the fringe trim and the belt makes the whole outfit strange looking. The hat however, is quite nice. It is not huge and helps the look of her hair. This color is flattering on her.

The Queen looks good. The suit is lovely, fit and length are perfect. Not so keen on the wide belt, hat looks great. Colour is beautiful.
