| On October 9, 2019, The Duchess of Cambridge visited the Angela Marmont Centre For UK Biodiversity (AMC) at Natural History Museum in London. The AMC, open to the public and located in the Museum's Orange Zone, helps visitors to identify any plants, animals and fossils they may have found and brought in. Kate looks simply fabulous here. The look is very fall appropriate and cozy. The turtleneck and the the pants are tailored to perfection. The shows and bag elevate this look. Her hair looks too good today. -GMH

حذفShe is always at her best when dressed contemporary and age appropriate. Love this cropped pants, great fall colors, and the burgundy sweater is the perfect complement. Very well paired with chunky shoes, although these particular ones are a little matronly for me, nevertheless she looks fabulous.

ردحذفSorry, but these pants don't look good on the model and they don't really look all that great on Kate. Just my opinion. I actually think they might be *okay* (not great, just okay) with boots and a jacket over the turtleneck but, in the incarnation, I'm not loving the look.

Good look overall. Love that she rewore these shoes and recycled the Chanel bag. Sadly the cheap fabric on the pants makes them drape poorly (pictures 3,4....). But colours are nice autumnal ones and overall it’s a nice look. Certainly not one of the boring midi dresses.
ردحذفMore important: great cause that’s often overlooked. Wild life in urban areas is getting extinct by the day. Hopefully the cause will raise some awareness and her outing will result in more than a sellout of Jigsaw culottes. We’re all guilty of paying so much attention to what she and other royals wear and not enough to their causes. Looking myself in the mirror.

ردحذفFantastic color combination. Kate is beautifully styled, wearing volume only on the bottom, and a fitted sweater for perfect balance. She looks young, modern, and sophisticated here. This is a terrific outfit.
ردحذفMy only quibble is with the elastic at the back of the waistband. It's a small detail, but the elastic reminds me of the pants my grandma wore. I am seeing more waistbands like this lately, and the finished garment just doesn't look as polished.
Yesssss! I love Catherine's updated looks lately. This autumnal color palette is beautiful. Love the high/low mix a la Queen Letizia. Everything about this look screams classy, youthful (but not young), and gorgeous.

ردحذفI’ve never liked trousers with a half elastic waistband unless they are for sports like golf. Then they have a purpose - to allow some freedom of movement as you swing your club. I think the colour combination on D. Kate is lovely, and I covet that Chanel bag ;-) . She does look marvellously confident and that alone makes this outfit work. (V.M.)
ردحذفI like the combination and while I like to see coulettes rather than pants all the time, these do not look like they are particulary made very well, they pull at the seems. Love the shoes and handbag.
ردحذفI like the unusual colour combo and the shoes bag and sweater. While I know I go on about short trousers, these are particularly unflattering pair, even when worn by my favourite Duchess. The wide legs, which look so great on full length trousers just don't look good and I concur with the comments about the poor seams and the elastic waist. The waistband does emphasise her fabulous figure, impressive for a woman in her late thirties who has had three children. I am really envious
