Usually the Queen is spot on with her outfits, however the frock this time seems somewhat dated, and not fond, sorry to say of Madeline's dress either. It looks nice in the photo without someone wearing it, but even on the model it was not that pretty.

ردحذفI like both dresses, but I like Silvias better - Madeleines has a bit of a nighty-vibe (an expression I've only learned here). Both mother and daughter have beautiful hairstyle and jewellry!

Silvia’s dress is stunning. Usually she has got more style than her daughters. Although I like Victoria‘s style sometimes, except for the strange h+m creations.

The design of the back of Madeleine's Temperley dress is gorgeous!! I also love the sleeves, but I think that the front of the dress would be more flattering without the waistband. Would like to see the waistband remain in the back, but be replaced by a simple seam in the front. (Picky, picky :-)

ردحذفI have never seen Queen Silvia more beautiful. I love her dress and her makeup is perfect. With the embellishments to her gown, I do not think her necklace was necessary, but her earrings are very pretty. The bodice of Princess Madeliene's gown is too busy, and the sleeves would look better if they were fitted. I think the color is nice, and her earrings are gorgeous. I applaud both Queen Silvia and Princess Madeliene for supporting and promoting the World Childhood Foundation.
ردحذفI agree about the Queen's dress and thought it would be a street length. She looks great in it because for so many events she wears suits - which get boring. Madeleine is lovely, as usual.

20 years already! Amazing how much effort the queen and now her daughter have put into the cause. An extremely successful charity, I would venture to say (without knowing for sure, just based on instinct) this has to do with how much honesty and genuine care the queen shows. Wonderful lady she is!
ردحذفI like both gowns, although I prefer Silvia’s. Never mind ‘for her age’, she looks really great regardless of age. Madde also looks well and happy. Very pleased her life took its own, right course.

Nice dresses for both but on balance, I think that Queen Silvia's is actually the more elegant and flattering. Agree with Coralie about the nighty-vibe. Both are stunning women no matter what they wear.

ردحذفQueen Silvia looks stunning. Love her dress, it fits her perfectly, the colour is soft and very feminine looking, jewellery is beautiful, love her necklace. Madeline looks nice and the colour suits her well, but something about her gown looks matronly.
