  2. Beautiful family. In the first picture, you can see how much Gabriel resembles Sofia. They gave the same month and chin. Love the wellies on the little princes.

    1. I very much agree with you, but as soon as we criticize the hair, we get criticized. Let'see...

    2. No criticism. Fair point. He probably should cut his hair. But maybe he doesn't want it cut. Maybe mama doesn't want to say goodbye to those curls just yet. Ha! Maybe the little wiggle worm won't sit still. You never know what is going on behind the scenes. I am sure he will get it cut eventually. Cute family. They always look like they are having fun no matter where they are.

  8. They are just such a cute family. Totally approachable. Lovely children. And Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia still look so in love--the glances and smiles. They have done very well. Everyone is dressed appropriately. Love the cute boots on the boys. Gabriel looks tall.

  9. Don't know, I can't warm up with the elder boy...not my sense of cuteness, but be it.
    Can't understand the generel exuberance...

    1. @Sim, me neither, just normal kids who are just happy to be born into a privileged family and lead a carefree life. They don't look any cuter than any other kid. In fact I don't think that the long hair of the older one suits him. Not because it's girlish or something like that. I have seen boys who look really nice with long hair, because it suits their personality and their features. But not with this one.

I for myself must say I am anyway not that much interested in private holiday pictures or family life of minor royals. My main interest on this site is a) fashion (there is nothing fashionwise in these pictures) and b) to get an insight of how those royals who actually represent their country accomplish their duties and what they wear on these occasions.

It is okay to see a yearly family portrait or two. But everything above that has no information worthy to me. I do not need to know that Märtha Louise visited a barbeque restaurant, pictured in a blurry long distance paparazzi photo on which you can barely see the dress or that Prince Albert of Monaco stepped down the staircase of a yacht. I also don't need to know that Prince Gabriel and Prince Alexander wear rubber boots on a rainy day. Why are they 'Princes' after all? They will never represent the monarchy or the country.

I am not happy with the tendency of this blog turning to Yellow Press themes lately and am hoping to see new autumn fashion pictures when summer is over and the royals go back to work.

    2. Alexander visited Gelleråsen Arena üzerinde And everyone is entitled to their opinion. We all know that any opinion expressed on here doesn't mean a thing and these people will most likely never see it. I am a history major so I like hearing about everyone in a royal family. This is a fashion blog that tries, I believe, to cover all facets of royal life. Vacations, official engagements, funerals, weddings, etc. It gives some of us an idea of what is happening in their lives outside of their work. I like and sometimes even prefer some of the minor royals to the main ones. It is a nice change from seeing the same ones all the time. But again, only an opinion. To each, their own. Thanks to this site and its administrators for a broader picture of royal life. However boring people might find it. :)

  10. These two little Princes are sugar-overload. They are the cutest little guy's Like the casual dress on everyone. In pic 3 I think Siri is waiting for Gabriel to drop the cookie? All pic's are beautiful. Very lovely family.
