    1. Yes, I do love her new style, too. Stephanie's hair and makeup seem to be more influenced by her mother-in-law this day, and she looks much better with that. Her blue dress isn't very flattering and would look better with short sleeves, I think. Her husband is 100% better minus the facial hair!

I was just thinking that Guillaume should have her beard back, the beardless babyface look doesn't suit him at all... To my eyes, beard suits most men very well. Felipe, Harry, Haakon, and Carl Philip are fine examples, as was Frederik earlier, too. But I am a daughter and a wife of bearded men, so I might be a bit partial here. ;)

  6. Stephanie is lovely. Beautifully feminine and appropriate dress. Deep blue is a great color for her. Earrings are striking--lapis drops?

I am a woman with the same morphology as Stephanie, and I would personally hesitate to war a dress without a small sleeve. The problem here is that the contrast between her skin and the dress make the upper arms looks a bit bigger. And I know about the problem with a little belly that crawls under the belt in the waistline. They are a lovely couple, but they both dress and look older than they are, in my opinion.

You describe exactly what I think about the sleeveless dresses and shirts - they make each upper arm look bigger.
I love dresses and shirts which cover the complete upper arm right to the elbow.
      Hard to find.

Agree about the big upper arms, which ruins it for me.

    3. Check out the clothing of Princess Beatrix which almost always covers the upper arm very charmingly.

I dont like this dress. While there's nothing particularly wrong with it, it looks too cheap for Stephanie.
It reminds me of the dress a teenage girl would wear to a school dance.

I think Stephanie looks great in blue. As for her upper arms, please give the lovely princess a break.
