The World Health Assembly is the decision-making body of WHO. It is attended by delegations from all WHO Member States and focuses on a specific health agenda prepared by the Executive Board. One of things I like about this dress is that it's something I feel I could wear *and* I believe it would probably be flattering in almost any size. You don't necessarily have to have a very slim figure like Leticia in order to wear this. It may not have that "WOW!" factor but it's a great dress!

Magníficos pendientes de Chanel, pero sin exageraciones y zapatos adecuados de salón. El peinado sencillo, pero con movimiento y maquillaje ligero. Perfección.

ردحذفI like the cut of the dress. The different directions of the plaid give a fairly simple dress nice visual interest. The blazer feels oversized. I think a shorter, more fitted blazer would have looked better. It's a nice recovery from the dress she wore yesterday.
