Queen Elizabeth visited British Airways to celebrate its 100th year

On May 23, 2019, Queen Elizabeth II visited the British Airways Headquarters at London Heathrow to mark the company’s 100th anniversary. The Queen met staff dressed in heritage uniforms from the 1930s to the present day. The Queen visited the Heritage Centre, which displays the 100-year history of British Airways through aircraft models and historic photographs. The British Airways Heritage Collection has existed since the formation of British Airway. Over 400 uniforms from the 1930s to the present day are preserved, as well as a large collection of aircraft models.

    I love how her stylist dresses her. The colors of her coats and hats are just gorgeous!! And of course her jewelry is to die for.

  10. What a busy lady!! Amazing stamina to serve her people.

    But does anyone besides me wish that she would have Gucci design her loafers in other colors, like Navy Suede or Tan or Ivory just for a big of change? I realize she has probably found a designer style that is comfortable for her.

  11. Another day, another event, another beautiful summer outfit. I agree with you, Virginia, re colour of shoes. She used to wear the same style courts in white in the summer, just as she moves to white gloves. Not sure when she stopped or if it's not summery enough yet.
