Queen Letizia arrived in Beira on the 2nd day of her visit to Mozambique

On the second day of her visit to Mozambique, Queen Letizia arrived in Beira, the city that was affected by the cyclone the most, in order to get information about the effects of Idai on the ground and about the emergency aid that Spain has been providing. Spanish Queen Letizia firstly visited Dondo Health Centre and was welcomed by START team members there. This is Queen Letizia's fourth cooperation trip after her visits to Honduras and El Salvador, Seneal and Dominican Republic and Haiti.

    Busy lady.Do like the color of the vest but not the boots. But for what she is doing there it is the right dress.Great job.

      The are called "the red vests", in Mozambique the Spaniards.All of the wear it.

    Finally she is not wearing a negligee with that red vest. I looks like she forgot her boots and had to borrow them from someone! They are ugly and make her feet look huge! Weird mistake on her usually perfect fashion sense.

    Sensible and stylish boots -- and very appropriate for the occasion. Nice to see her feet having a rest day from the usual sky high (and unhealthy) heels. :) I don't think they make her feet look particularly huge -- and if they did, that would certainly not be a problem either. We are not in Dynastic China, where women of high status were expected to bind their feet in order to look more beautiful...

    This trip underlines the serious side of natural disasaters. Many more pictures of the interaction with the people and the devastating flood damage at dailymail.com/letizia.
    Most people have a pair of those boots for snowy weather or for conditions like these. Also she is only seen in heels for the duration of her institutional acts. Other times, sneakers, ballerinas, walking shoes etc.

    This is not a fashion moment. She is on a working trip. To critique her vest or boots is ridiculous. Her wardrobe throughout the entire trip has demonstrated this.

    Gran trabajo el de todos los cooperantes en Mozambique. La reina Letizia viene a dar visibilidad a los problemas y agradecer su esfuerzo.
    Toda su ropa es apropiada y sin pretensiones fashion. Aún así está natural y bella.
