Stunning, although the dress reminds me on an italian easter egg.

Cloth and design on this coat are pretty. But the fit, esp around the waist, make her look pregnant in some of the pics. It may be her posture and the way she is standing. She has this look in many items that she wears. I wonder why? Is it because she is rather short waisted?

    1. Totally agree. It actually makes her look as though she has gained quite a bit of weight. It does not suit her silhouette.

    2. I think the problem is really he posture but rather connected to the shape of her legs which is a little weird I think she is a beautiful woman but with a taste way too dated for her age

  7. I like Mathilde, I like this colour on her and I like her hair here but that's about it. I don't like the stiffness of the fabric, I don't like where it sits on her waist, I don't like how it flattens her bosom.

    2. Franny, you are spot on, I also dislike these shiny fabrics for day events, it adds years to this pretty and vibrant woman.

She is so beautifully tall and lean, but does not compliment these precious attributes by the high waisted and (IMO) too short length of many of her coats and dresses. Lowering the waist as well as the length of her outfits just slightly would make such a huge complimentary difference.

The fabric is too stiff on the delicate queen.

If she was dressed her age she would not look much older than she is.
Wrong clothes for young and attractive woman .

  12. Fashionwise a disappointing look, although nice and expensive fabrics. Who on earth is her tailor not capable to recognize her body-silhouette? Where is the waist? "High" waists look on most woman not flattering.
Beautiful face, make-up and hair on the Queen!
