  3. YAY! Wow to Victoria and Sofia! They both look gorgeous. Sofia's dress, hair and taira are stunning. She looks like a real princess here. Also the red dress on Victoria, great! Very elegant. What a refreshing difference after her first gown of this event. I really love both ladies here.
I also like Silvia but not the stole. It hides her dress, which looks very nice to me.

    1. I absolutely Agree! Tonight they all look stunning!
Especially Victoria in her puristic dress in a strong red.
Sophia looks like the ideal modern, romantic Princess. And Quenn Silvia also looks modern and elegant.

  5. All Ladies look great in their own right. The only thing is Sofias is to light it washes her out. Love the dress but a stronger color would have been more look at me.

  6. Oh. My. Goodness. The ladies are BRINGING it here. So very glamorous, they all look utterly ravishing. Victoria brings the va va voom, Sophia brings the fairytale magic. Queen Silvia and Princess Christina glow in luscious shades of pink, coral and purple.

My only wish is that Princess Madeleine had been there too, looking as beautiful as we know that she can.

Well done, royal ladies of Sweden!!!

  7. Oh, wonderful. Love all of tonight's dresses. Victoria has won the prize for this fantastic red dress ans I love Sofia's (but not as much as the one yesterday) As for the two more mature ladies, what an inspiration on looking good at any age. ---I adore Princess Cristina's beautiful purple and Queen Silvia looks amazing--I like the dress and the shawl and she looks so young. Full marks for the Swedish royals form me tonight.

    1. Indeed, one of her best outfits ever. I love everything in her. Also Silvia looks stunning, nice to see her wearing that Baden Fringe Tiara. Nothing wrong with Sofia, but the other two are so suberb, Sofia looks to be in shadows.

  10. Wow Victoria, this is a smashing look. Forget the poufy bulk, just go for this silhouette! And this is how a sleek red dress is done. This is how a dress should fit. What a vast contrast to Sofia´s dress from yesterday.
I think both Victoria and Sofia look so much better today than yesterday.
Silvia looked fine both days. Christina looked fantastic both days.

    1. Absolutely …… Sofia looks stunning this evening!
      Victoria always amazing in red.
Queen Silvia should have chosen another smaller 'coat'to her pink dress, I find it to big to wear the whole event.

  16. One of Victoria's best looks ever, simply beautiful. And Silvia is wearing the gown that she wore to the 2003 Nobel ceremony.

    1. I agree on " best look ever" for Victoria. Queen Silvia comes next and Sofia's dress would be better in another colour.

  17. The gowns look elegant;the colours are bright and cheery. The tiaras are also simple and elegant

  18. Victoria looks drop dead gorgeous, one of the best looks I have seen in a while. The cut, and silhouette are elegant and fit her to perfection. Love the way she is wearing the tiara. Splendid!! I am not totally on board with Sofia's total ensemble, the dress is OK, but with all the flowers, long sleeves and the hair, it's just too much for me, a lot going on.
I don't like the little I can see of Silvia's dress, such a strong color, requires less fabric, it's like a sea of hot pink.

  19. Sofia is the winner…… as taken out of a fairy tale !!!
Victoria looks GREAT as usual. Her dress looks very similar to the red one Marie wore at the French state visit in Denmark.
Queen Sivia …… wonderful as she always does for Nobel events!

  23. love the amethysts on Sofia!!!

  24. Good ones everywhere, except Princess Sofia should have gone full Amethyst in this case. A missed opportunity for her to be wearing the complete set. It would have made the look better, more rounded up than with her usual to-go-tiara. The Swedish RF usually has so many tiaras to share and swap...

    ReplyDelete

    1. Yes, I wondered about Sofia wearing the full set also. She has worn the Amethyst tiara before. Maybe it is heavy or something for a long dinner. The other pieces really looked good with the dress. I loved her look.

  27. Victoria luce maravillosa, que diferencia con la noche anterior, para mi es la mejor vestida, la Reina elegante como siempre y Sofia luce bien aunque demasiado bordado y el color se desvanece en ella.

  29. Love the dresses of the Royal Ladies. Victoris is special, Pss Christina's is a beautiful color. I like the detailing on Sofia's dress but a stronger color would have made it pop.The jewelry is fantastic.

  30. all the ladies - wonderful!!

I like Sofias style most, her tiara is really lovely.
Victoria looks hoooooot in red, wow! her tiara is great, too.

  31. The Queen looks beautiful, C.P. Victoria looks svelte and stunning in red but P. Sophia does it for me in the "Princess" dress which has beautiful color, lace and sparklies and against her beautiful pale skin and dark hair is a knockout. "Well done" to all but to P. Sophia I say, "You are GORGEOUS!!, my dear"!!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Love Silvia in the pink esp with shawl. Victoria looks great in the red. Sophia looks washed out in the white, not her best look to me.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Ohhh, this looks very nice indeed! All of the Royal ladies are exquisite; Silvia's hairdo is perfect, Victoria is at her absolute best, she has such beautiful shoulders, perfect in this dress. I also like the fact that she is not wearing a necklace, it would have destroyed "the line". Sofia is cute, but she needs to learn how to hold her hand on her husbands arm, not let it rest completely there... Christina knows what she looks fab in and this is it. Lovely!

  34. Princess Sofia is just fantastic!!! Both nights. She is really finding her style. LOVE the amethysts with that dress. The neutral color will enable her to switch up her jewels in the future. The detail is just top notch!!!! Victoria and Silvia look wonderful also. Christina looks healthy and happy. The royal ladies brought their "A" game to this years Nobels!!!
