  1. Can someone please say something nice about Victoria's outfit, because right now I'm drawing a big blank. I want to like it—because it's Victoria, honestly—but... (I think I like the blouse. And she looks clean. There!)

    4. It looks like a lovely wool or cashmere suit, on a cold wintery day in Sweden. :)

    5. Anon, I mean that Victoria looks as if she's had a shower, combed her hair, washed her clothes. I can't find anything nice to say about the outfit, but at least Victoria's not dirty. Sometimes you have to praise the smallest things.

    6. It’s a figure of speech, meaning neat, but sh could have chosen a better suit/dress/color. Has nothing to do with dirt!!๐Ÿ˜„

  3. Victoria's suit seems to have influence from the U.S. pioneer days - the Western U.S. It looks businesslike and black is often worn by women in the business world, here on the U.S. east coast.

  5. For daytime events CP Victoria is more and more dressed like a business
woman! This dress is boring, perhaps a blouse with some colour would have made a difference ?

  12. I like what seems to be a wooly material. The suit is nice, but the skirt needed to be shorter. I feel like I´m on a never-ending rant about skirts needing to be knee-length instead of this unflattering midi-thing. As is, the outfit is too dark and heavy. Those ribbons hanging from her neck make for a dowdy look and don´t work with the jacket´s collar. A simple top underneath would have "lifted" this look tremendously, ideally in a strong and happy colour like turquoise, yellow or pinkish red.

    1. I don't like the fact that her skirt is A line. She doesn't need that cut.

Her look is quite severe, isn't it? It is aging in every way. If she had tied the neck in a bow, it would have softened the look. Of course, wearing her hair down would have done wonders for her.

  13. The Queen looks better than her daughter, by colours, fitting and a fresh chic. Not the first time...

  14. Queen Silvia may be in mid 70s but she looks so fresh and youthful. Colorful outfit that fit her and photographs well. Hair styled into a simple style. She looks very lovely.

Victoria looks boring and matronly. Did she have to go to the funeral after this event?

  15. Victoria's outfit looks like a judge outfit. Very unflattering look ๐Ÿ—‘๐Ÿ—‘๐Ÿ—‘
Queen Silvia looks lovely in her colorful outfit.

  16. You found the right words Anonym10:19. I am rather in favour of a business style (incl black) but with very lighthening top or blouse, tight fitting, she can wear that. And above all the skirt should fit perfectly, be flattering, ie preferably straight and a bit shorter.
