The FPdGi is a private foundation set up by civil society entities in Girona in 2009 and backed by 88 distinguished trustees. El comentario de la respetable contertulia muy "absurdo" no parece, teniendo en cuenta que la Princesa de Girona (como corresponde a la heredera dinástica de la corona de Aragón) es Leonor, además por supuesto de Princesa de Asturias y de Viana. Entre sus futuros importantes deberes como heredera constitucional, una vez cubiertas todas las etapas de su importante proceso de formación, va a estar el patronazgo de su fundación homónima.

a bit tough but I can see reasons for that. Also too strict, too conventional, too unattractive both for Letizia and the model.

I like this dress but think it's a little too long for Letizia's petite frame. It would be smarted a few centimetres shorter. Royalty fan, I laughed at the comment about the house dress or overall--I see what you mean! While I am getting used to the darker hair, I think I preferred it a few shades lighter.
ردحذفI'm sort of in the camp of it looking like "house dress." I think a nice size broach with a little sparkle would be a big improvement and make the dress is a little more special/significant.

El comentario de Unknown no es absurdo: si es la Fundación Princesa de Gerona lo suyo es que sea la princesa de Gerona quien presida estas sesiones cuando tenga edad suficiente, no la Reina. Este es precisamente un "trabajo" de princesa. Así lo hará Leonor en su momento, tanto con esta Fundación como con la Fundación Princesa de Asturias y como lo hizo en su día su propio padre, ahora el Rey.
Letizia usually does such a good job of wearing clothes that do not overwhelm her smaller frame. But this dress is not one of those times, which is probably the reason for the "house dress" comments. It should have been a bit shorter and not so full, great shoes!

حذفThe honorary chairman is King Felipe VI of Spain, on behalf of his daughter Princess Leonor, Angie, that is why I asked if she at some point would take over her fathers duties for foundations like this, not her mothers and I was not being absurd, just asking a simple question as an American just asking the age when Leonor would so some duties like Princess Victoria did. I know she would be an adult not a child.

In Spain we do not know at what age Leonor will start doing it. Her father did his first speech at 13 as she has done. At 18 years old he swore the Constitutio...so..it might be a clue...
