  1. Oh my goodness! When I looked at the first photo I actually thought King Harald was Prince Haakon. Absolutely a double of each other at that age.

  4. Sonja is a truly lovely woman. So glad that she seems not to have done surgeries on her face. Her suit and new gold brooch are gorgeous.

    1. I agree. It was ok to use them with the shorter pink dress that she used in the park with queen Sonja, but not to this dress and in the church and castle. She should ask her always elegant grandmother how to dress.

    2. No. She is fashion forward. This we see this all over the place in fashion, fashionista, cat walk, and she get a lot of praise for her choice all over the world for her choice.

  7. The Royal couple still have that look of love after 50 years. Everyone looks happy and relaxed. I especially loved the pictures taken before the banquet. Queen Sonja looks stunning. The King looks pretty dapper, too.

  8. I like her, she's very 'everyday', not snooty at all, not like certain other queen consorts I could name.

  9. Prince Sverre Magnus is really now a polite and well behaving teenager. To me he looks a lot like his great grandfather King Olav. In a couple of years I think that he will be a very
handsome young man. Princess Ingrid Alexandra is already a beauty.
