On April 19, 2018, King Carl Gustaf of Sweden and Queen Silvia of Sweden received Speaker of the Parliament of Finland Paula Risikko at the Royal Palace in Stockholm. Ms Paula Risikko visits Sweden on the invitation of Riksdag. Queen Silvia and Ms Paula Risikko attended the Queen Silvia Nursing Award presentation ceremony at Stockholm Royal Palace. The scholarship award is made to a student for contributing an idea for improving treatment and care for the elderly.
