On September 19, 2017, Queen Maxima of the Netherlands attended the presentation ceremony of The Goalkeepers Global Goals Awards organized by UN Deputy Secretary-General Amina J. Mohammed and Melinda Gates at Gotham Hall in New York City.
What a strange outfit. It's shapeless and baggy and the colour doesn't suit her. ( So many events for organizations most people have never heard of - I wonder if the attendance of Royals. makes any difference. But who would miss a chance to be in New York).

Mal coiffee, comme toujours. Malgre que je deplore souvent son choix de vetements, elle est une personne trop vibrante pour porter cette couleur terne.
I rather like the color and shine in each part, and the shoes are very pretty. The looser look is a nice change from close and tight business wear. After a long flight it probably feels really comfortable.
The color changes with the light, and different textures. I like it, the draping and style. She took a chance and she looks beautiful, elegant and fun.
