  1. She wore sneakers when out in town and now she´s in heels in the gym?
Also, that hideous sleeveless coat needs to go.

    1. I think you must live in a very different place from the north. We wear warm vests (sleeveless) for a good share of the year to keep our body's trunk warm. Think of that sleeveless coat as a long vest. It looks dressier yet is not TOO warm. Slippery cobblestones can twist your ankles if you have high-heeled shoes. Maybe you need to travel a little - in high heels and constricting coat. She participates in many active events. Could you?

    2. I can see your points, and I´m also all for warmth and comfort. But I see no point in that long vest (or sleeveless coat) whatsoever. It´s a weird hybrid and it is certainly not dressy.
I can think of a dozen types of shoes that are both dressy and comfortable, and I think a normal coat or a normal vest would be just fine - there are millions of them available for any kind of weather situation, and Mette-Marit likely has hundreds of them in her closet already.

  2. This is a very nice outfit for her. Fits well and seems to me that it is quite appropriate!
