  1. I love the way she looks so happy and enthusiastic to be there.
That said, I don't like the way the patterns of lines on the top do not meet with those on the peplum part. It looks like an amateur sewing project. If the material had been pieced and laid out better then the lines could have matched.

    1. Yo creo que los dibujos están colocados así, asimétricos, de manera voluntaria. Si coincidieran las líneas quedaría abigarrado.
Letizia está sencilla, bonita y cercana con la gente.

    2. I'm sure it was done on purpose but I still think it looks strange.

    3. Heather, true! Compliments to her never ending enthusiasm and smiling discipline on the daily events - everywhere, where she has to be present... The "Baby"-picture is cute and honest. And on the second photo she shows a striking resemblance with her daughter Leonor (in my opinion).
Fashionwise I don't like her shoes today, honestly- (but Massimo Dutti's model-image not either, ha ha)...

  2. I share the opinion of Angie. The pattern, has been drawn this way on porpuse and what's more, it is what makes the outfit, original.

  3. The shoes are fabulous - such a change from the usual court shoes which are becoming very boring. Leave it to The Queen of Spain to start a new trend ( hopefully).

    1. Couldn't agree more. I like the entire outfit, but most of all these cool shoes. I'll never understand why all those women who are otherwise almost obsessed with a healthy lifestyle are wearing extremely unhealthy shoes which may cause irreparable damage to their feet.

    2. Dito. Those heels on most court shoes and the extremely pointy ones in particular, are actually scientifically proven to create bone deformities.

  4. The reason this top is interesting is because the fabric is laid vertically on top and diagonally on the peplum, otherwise it will be just another top. I like the whole ensemble, and although the shoes are very cute, the really don't go very well with this particular outfit, I wish she would have gone for some black & white polka dots , or maybe red...all in all she looked fantastic.

  5. Nice outfit, gorgeous shoes! Letizia is as always beautifully groomed and it is impossible to fault her work ethic.

  6. The top would have been great if worn with a belt as shown on the model. Then the sewing line would have been hidden and it would look so mysterious and original. A black belt is what it needs.
