Crown Princess Victoria's whole look is stunning! I like the accent of the shoulder pouf, especially, and her shoe choice of color and style elongates her leg look. It is so much prettier than the ankle straps and short boots that seem to be in fashion lately.
Schuhe, Tasche, Schmuck, alles richtig gemacht. Victoria sieht richtig schön aus.
Pink remindes me of cherry blossom! Even the hair is not that bad when the whole outfit is good. So far so good! Looking forward to seeing other outfits!
I have thought years that there are some princesses who would be nice to really know and to talk with. Two of them are there in pictures. Princess Hisako og Takamado is such an intelligent woman, seen a lot in her life and with great sense of humor. Victoria is unique and will be one day a good queen to her country.
Two other princesses in my list would be Astrid of Norway and Sophie of Wessex.
I agree that this dress needs an updo with it, but I don´t agree about tightly pulled hair. I seem to remember this very dress worn with extremely tightly pulled hair and it looked awful (and I just noticed that the according photo has been added here). I would very much like a soft, feminice updo on her that´s less strict than her usual. PS. Now that I see both outings of that dress, I must say she did very well shortening the dress to knee-length. That looks much better. Shoes are much better too. Now an even softer updo, and I´m in love.
Victoria looks lovely although I do think the flower is a bit overpowering on that dress. I don't know much about the Japanese princess but both of them look like they are very much at ease and happy in each other's company. Mimi#1
I don't care for that pouffy thing on her shoulder, and again the same boring hairdo. At least I like the shoes she wore in Japan better than the ones she wore in 2013.
That is cabbage not a flower!!!!! In my opinion it kills the entire silhouette of the dress, the shoes are simply horrendous and she needs to start doing something about the hair it is not flattering. I do like the cuffs, and that's about it.
Japan's Princess Hisako of Takamado looks wonderful. She always looks so poised, warm and good-natured, she's a pleasure to watch. Her outfit...WOW. Victoria - this time her hairstyle was nicer than previous time she wore this dress (THAT time her hairstyle was really horrible! Its hard to imagine uglier hairstyle on a woman :O ). I don't really like what Victoria wears...too much beige...too plain. Beige color simply washed her out! She should wear more often jewel colored clothes.

ReplyDeleteVictoria really put out all the best for this trip to Tokyo. Wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI really do not care for this. Especially the GIANT flower growing out of her shoulder.
ReplyDeleteI kike the color scheme but that seems kind of Eastery? It also looks wrinkly.
Agree, Diane. The shoulder flower is just silly - huge and ugly. I do like the colour.
DeleteIt is different...but I think I like it.
ReplyDeleteShe looks fantastic!

Victoria looks greato and I love the kimono princess takamado is wearing.
ReplyDeleteThis dress was worn to a fashion event a few years back and the color is flattering. The flower is huge but I like it because of the color.
ReplyDeleteI like everything individually but not the wrap with the pouf, looks awkward.
ReplyDeleteLovely! The shoulder flower with her hair pulled tight - as always - is wonderful. She looks fantastic

Love victoria's dress! Princess hisako is wonderfully dress too.
ReplyDeleteLooks not bad. Is it silk, because it is a little bit wrinkly!? A more powerful colour would suither much better, I am sure.
ReplyDeleteVictoria looks absolutely stunning. And what a lovely figure she has!
ReplyDeletethe dress is beautiful love seeing the Japanese princess
