Queen Rania of Jordan honored the winners of the 2016 Queen Rania Awards for Excellence in Education (QRAEE) in a ceremony on December 13, 2016, and urged a collective effort by all education professionals in order to strengthen the Kingdom’s learning landscape.     What a luxurious looking skirt :) I prefer it with the black top versus the white.

    My thoughts exactly.
    It's a beautiful and dramatic skirt and the frilly white shirt doesn't do it justice.

      I read an interview where she said she believes it should be a personal choice for a woman. She chooses not to.

    This blouse does not work with the skirt, two totally different styles.

    The shoes look grossly uncomfortable and not very flattering at all. Simple pumps would have worked better.
