Princess Victoria and Estelle Accept 2016 Christmas Trees

On December 14, 2016, Crown Princess Victoria and her daughter Princess Estelle of Sweden accepted Christmas Trees from forestry programme students from the SLU - Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. The students have been presenting the Royal Palace with Christmas trees every year since the end of the 1960s. Crown Princess wore Prada Short-Sleeve Mini Dress. Estelle wears old dresses of her mother.

      The dress is actually Victoria's dress that she wore as a little girl. I think that's so sweet that Estelle gets to wear her mother's old dresses.

      Oh Chelsea that is a sweet bit of info to know :) I knew that Estelle has worn some of Victoria's clothes but did not know about this one. I wonder if this was a dress Victoria wore as a little girl helping Silvia or the King accept the trees.

      I don't believe so, I read on twitter that Victoria wore the dress in 1982 and I saw a cute picture of Victoria in it. It appeared to be spring and she was with the rest of the Swedish Royal Family, possibly going to a church service or something.
      There's some amazing accounts on twitter that also have blogs that follow the Swedish Royal Family and they provide great bits of information about them.
