Everything is nice except the hat. Also red and brown are not a good mix. Should have gone with black. I love seeing her with William. Such a young and beautiful couple.

Sweet memories and sadness for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. She looks very elegant in her red coat. Once again suitable for the type of occasion. They spent three happy years in Anglesey. Duke took care of her and protected his Duchess after the wedding.

Don't like the hat. The whole outfit is ok, not revolutionary but ok...

A bit like a school girl, but she will find her way.

@10:53pm: "Get over it"? It's 7:58's comment/question, sheesh, probably because William has lost quite a bit of hair in the past few months. I haven't been following him lately and was quite surprised to see a whole lot more hair loss.

At least his wife has her tied back for once. A softer-style hat would have been better.

Nope Stefania, I think the same. She lost her spark right after George and after Charlotte finally. Pitty.

What a ridiculous thing to say. Of course Mary does not look younger than Catherine! Get a pair of glasses!

10:30 thats because she has a a lot of help from the comsmetic industry..we know M likes her fillers and botox, but I guess this message will never reach you since we are not allowed to say that out loud on this blog. We can only say that about the other girls using it...strangely enough!

Kate is turning into "middle age" lady - that was my thinking after I saw pictures. Such a pitty.

I see the hate on Kate crowd is here ~
    Children all of you!

We all have bad days of looking older!

Yesterday she was too school girl and you all complained. Today she is dressed for a more somber occassion and she is old.

She cannot win. Jealousy is an evil thing and a sin to some.

Catherine is like every other woman. We have good days and bad days. You don't get good lighting inside a airport hanger.

Brown and red are beautiful together. You see it allooks over the fashion magazines.

I suspect most herecent are 20 or 60 ..nasty people.

Why not just say she looks tired. Why must it always be a personal attack. Sartorial critique is fine but you 'ladies' cough... go for the throat every single day. If not about Catherine then about another person. Do you have a life? Do you get out and see things in thevery world? I wonder.

Stop being so bitchy. Come on now ... women should never tear apart other women. To do so is jealousy and not very classy!

Sorry if you like it then fine, many don't and that's fine as well. There is not such things like hate or being bitchy...just opinions and taste. This is a fashion blog.
And Kate has NO fashion taste at all. Who would wear Brown hat over a too long Red coat with those basic shoes? It's beyond bad taste, given the fact that she's got lots of people and money only to make her look good.

Don't your think, she looked frehser and nice around the time of her wedding? SOrry, it is not bashing, but I think, she lost her spark, this freshness, the glow. She looks haggard and her fahion style never convinced me,often this girlie-style and then too short skirts, if serious then too matronly. Sorry. It's just my view and no bashing.

Well she has maybe an easy life, will all the money and all the help. But always being the center of attention and always be photographed can get you really tired of. I really don`t want to switch with her.
But I don`t understand why she gets so criticise. Look at other royal ladys, they don`t look or wear the best all the time and nobody complaints.

Nothing wrong using brown and red together! In fashion it is used like this all the time. Both this coat (2011) and hat(2012) have been used several times before.

On some photos she looks pretty and on some not .I think you can really judge the person's looks if you see them in real life not on the photos.
