Queen Maxima is busy with her Charities and conferences. She is on the move, I give her credit for not having a hairdresser riding with her, running a few steps ahead to fix her hair for a photo op. This Queen is getting in and out of cars and busy, not posing for photos. When she does a formal night, she is beyond gorgeous. So let her be wild and free and fun and on the move, she is a vivacious Latina and well educated, she is in demand.
A true dedicate to the global community her country, and role model, as is Queen Raina, Leticia, Silvia, Mathelida, the Crown Princesses Victoria, Mary.
I agree, Queen Maxima is a busy woman and the queen is not a FASHION MODEL to pose every second for the sake of the photo press crews (mags & tv). Get over it !!!!!
In Australia, the "straggy" look ( like queen Maxima) is very fashionable, Even some women in the Australian government have that "straggy" look. Lots of trim in the long & short hair.
I find it interesting that when Maxima first became Queen she was always well coiffed, totally different from her days as a Crown Princess.
The real Maxima has returned, the one that wears her hair the way it naturally is. Hooray! Just like Crown Princess Victoria, there are more important things in life than getting ones hair professionally styled every day.
Good on Maxima I say. She is vibrant, beautiful (despite her hair sometimes being a bit messy), but more importantly she interested and engaged in what she is doing. I like the fact that Maxima probably does her own makeup and hair, unlike others.
