  3. So lovely to see the Duchess out and about. The full skirt style suits her very well indeed, and she seems at ease at this event where she is among familiar faces. And I'm not surprised that she chose a charity which supports every child having the chance to grow up in a loving home.
    I trust that she is coping well with the challenges of parenting, especially since she has only half the nanny support that other young royal mothers use; and I hope that the insatiable appetite of the public for appearances by Kate --fuelled as usual by the photo-hungry media -- does not cause her mental health to suffer, as it did for the late Princess Diana. As the saying goes, “those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it”. Thankfully, the British Palace seem to be more sensitive to Kate's needs and aspirations than they were with Diana. I suspect Charles, Camilla and William have totally got Kate’s back - good on them!

  8. It's vitally important that she speaks at these engagements, rather than just be a well dressed photo opportunity. That is where her focus should be
