  1. Une famille royale exemplaire chez tous les membres ! ils sont aimés par leur peuple, font peu de bruit, mais le travail est là, au service de leur pays

  2. Queen Sonya seems so warm and relaxed yet regal at the same time, in these formal photos - she is truly photogenic. I love the red dress on her, and the way she wears her emeralds. I do wish those black pearls weren't so huge -- I think they are too distracting on her, and are more suited to a taller woman such as Maxima - however, she clearly loves them as she wears them so often and has chosen them for these official photos. Altogether, very interesting and enjoyable pics of each royal.

  3. 25 glorious years on the throne! His Majesty has done so much for the environmental cause, children from homes broken by drug abuse and violent parents, people struggling with drug abuse and those who are deemed the lowest of the low by society. The King even invited victims of human trafficking to hear their stories. The Queen has always worked tirelessly in the name of gender equality, especially for minority women, and her work for refugees is admireable. The King is a beloved grand father to an entire nation. Long may they reign!

  4. Sonja est toujours très élégante et elle a meilleur goût dans le choix vestimentaire que sa jolie belle fille

  5. Why did Mette Marid always wear the same crown. I saw only three kind cronws that she ever wear. Aren't she allowed to wear another crowns before becoming a queen?

  6. Beautiful photos! Queen Sonja is a beautiful woman and she is aging beautifully.

I adore the blue dress Mette-Marit is wearing it is one of my all time favourites. I am not usually a big fan of her gowns. She looks beautiful in these photos too.

    1. Looking at beautiful Queen Sonja, who is ageing with so much style, why has the swedish Queen Silivia made such a mess of her face?? Facelift upon facelift, WHY? She was such a lovely woman....

  8. strange right hand index finger position in the male uniform shots, wonder if it is some kind of a secret code.
