  1. A solo overseas trip for a princess of 3 months. I am impressed. More than I can say about a certain duchess.

    1. I am sure everyone knows which duchess you are referring to. That remark you made is most unkind. What makes it worse, is that you are in no position to judge the duchess - unless you have direct first hand knowledge of how she is coping, which I am 99% certain you do not. Condemnation without facts carries no credibility....

    2. I'm equally impressed with her too considering she's a minor royal and she's gaining a lot of popularity with a lot of royal fans so soon after becoming a Princess.

    3. @LBG give me a break. Duchess dolittle is a sad excuse for royalty and Sofia has proven it. At only three months marriage she has achieved much more than Kate who is so lazy, the British taxpayers are fed up with her. I suggest u wipe your mouth, because ur a*ss kissing is humiliating.

    4. Actually, I am impressed with Sofia too. I don't lnow which duchess you are ralking about so I would be grateful if someone told me. Furthermore, I Am sure no one of us knows royals personally, but we can discuss, there's nothing wrong with that. Sofia didn't seem like a good choice for a princess because of her past, but it is nothing wrong with her now. Moreover, she will never be the queen of Sweden so her past doesn't really matter.

    5. Anonymus 3:42 your language is humiliating. Sofia hasn't proven anything, she has just become a princess, but she has a lot to prove-I'm aiming at her past. Some of the royals do a really good job, some of them don't but it is too early to dicsuss such young people like Kate and Sofia.

    6. Yes, she has. Sofia has worked in the last 3 months more than Duchess DoLittle for an entire year.

    7. That right Sofia still has a lot to prove, yes aiming her her past too
And she sure loves to be in the spotlight.

    8. The comparison is entirely unfair. Every country's royal family conducts themselves differently, assign duties to their members according to their needs and protocol. There are many factors at play, many of which a casual observer does not understand. Perhaps also it is the case that Sofia is quite comfortable at speech making as she used to be on television and that is why she is doing it so soon after her wedding.

    9. Wow people let's back up and stop insulting all of the royals. Considering none if us are in their positions it seems a little to easy to criticise them. Let's stick to what we can all agree to disagree on the fashions. I mean that's what's really important right? :)

  4. Don't understand the ugly comment. I though the Duchess of York was on family leave. BPalace announced she would be on leave through the summer. Also, they announced she will be attending events this month, and later touring overseas.

  5. Excuse the typo - The Duchess of Cambridge is on family leave through the summer.

  6. c'mon she's on family leave how many years already? and when she is not on family leave ...does she do anything for the public?

  7. I think Princess Sofia is off to a great royal start.

  8. Wow, Anon 3:42 - most people save that level of vitriol for people they actually know and who've harmed them in some way. What's your excuse? And where's the moderator? When did it become OK to name call? Are we reduced to a playground brawl?

  9. Sofia is young, nit the best choice for princess but has a chance to be successful in her role. What I don't understand is why is the British r. family so popular-they don't show any respect by attending important royal events, wedding etc but hey attend wedding is the UK, George and Charlotte don't have royal godparents, Kate and William are less active than other royals but still more popular.. No one can deny these facts. Good luck to Sofia and Kate!

  11. Difference between Kate and Sofia?

    Kate is a future queen.
Sofia is a never will be queen. Victoria and Daniel saw to that with Estelle and now with their little one on the way, pushing Carl Philip back to fourth in line to the throne.

    1. Kate will be queen CONSORT, she'll never rule in her own right. Difference between Sofia and Kate? Sofia works while Kate has become known to the public as duchess dolittle; whose only hard work was snagging a prince.

  12. Wow she is learning so fast. Good for her, she will Provence everyone wrong. I think that nasty comments about Kate are unnecessary. But unfortunately for her, she's never proven to be a hard working lady. Before she married William she didn't have a single job. And well her life as a Duchess Speaks for itself. She won't fool people any longer with her so called middle class values.
