  1. Very well dressed women.

  2. They seem to have good chemistry.
I would have liked to see Ms. Awada in a more vibrant colour - and I'm not a fan of lace in the daytime.
    Maxima looks good.

    1. Sorry Heather, but silver shoes and silver embroideries are not meant for morning events and political lunches either. Maxima is far more over the top than Ms. Awada

    2. Both are true, it's hard to make work a lace dress in the daytime and I don't like sparkly/metallic courts either for daytime events (let's not even talk about silver embroidery) but somehow both seem to work. Well, I like both looks anyway :)

  3. Love how happy they both look out. Of course there are kind of two Argentinian first women. I like Maxima´s hat but not clothes so much. Juliana Awada looks good.

  4. Picture 2: Stockings for the First Lady of Argentina? Why are stockings nowadays so out of fashion??
And the funny one, where Rutte "embraces" Juliana, but her husbands arm is behind her back too, ha ha ha! The Presidents wife's lacy outfit is a little bit to much for social engagements during the day, ("youth and family...)
And Maxima, well: not my taste today. Don't know why. Maybe with a white scarf? Since last year she often looks tired, and clearly aging. Menopause, I guess.
Let's not talk about the gentlemen's outfits from head to toe...

    1. I absolutely hate it when women don't wear stockings with close toed shoes. I don't care how tan their legs are it is just not a finished look.

  6. Juliana Awada looks lovely for the daytime event. I am not loving Maxima's ensemble during the day however from what I can see from the evening event she looks stunning.

  7. The ladies are pictured in The Mauritshuis (next to The Binnenhof). Famous paintings eps. The Girl with The Earing by Vameer.
